The problem
Deviations were found after the batch, not during it. Leadership saw yield and quality only at period close. The plant already had machines and an ERP; it did not have a decision layer between them.
What we implemented
We built a data and workflow layer beside the existing plant and ERP estate: capture of in-process quality events, exception routing, and a yield/quality dashboard owned by operations rather than IT. No rip-and-replace of the control system.
Service and solution mix
- Data Analytics & BI
- Automation
- Integration / API
- Data governance
Operating outcome
Quality exceptions became visible during the shift instead of after it. Period-end yield packs were replaced by a daily operating view, and the same numbers were used on the floor and in the review meeting.
