Methodology
From discovery to continuous optimization
A four-stage path. The same sequence is used for consulting, software, and platform work so stakeholders always know which stage they are in.
01
Discovery and assessment
Requirement gathering, process analysis, gap assessment, and technology evaluation. The output is a shared view of current-state constraints and the outcome the programme is for.
02
Solution design
Architecture, interface design, security planning, and integration strategy. Design is complete when operators, security, and delivery can all describe how the system will run.
03
Development and implementation
Agile delivery, QA, deployment, and user training. Releases are planned against real user journeys, not only technical completeness.
04
Support and optimization
Maintenance, performance, SLA support, and continuous improvement after go-live. The operating team remains accountable after the project team leaves.
