The problem
Academic administration lived in spreadsheets and vendor silos. Leadership could not see enrolment, completion, or faculty utilisation in time to act, and students received inconsistent service between campuses.
What we implemented
We introduced a governed LMS and reporting layer: a shared student record, faculty workflows, assessment capture, and a daily academic dashboard. Existing identity and finance systems stayed in place; the new layer sat on top rather than replacing everything at once.

Operating outcome
